I've had success on other diets before so when I reached that dreaded "plateau" I figured I would just calorie count, or use the South Beach diet (another tried and true), but this time to no avail! I increased my exercise and started watching what I ate and still nothing.
I was skeptical, but desperate for a solution, I followed Toya's advice and within a week I was down 2 lbs, and in the next week, I lost 3! The same weight I couldn't lose before was now finally coming off, and it was so easy! Now I recommend this program to anyone I know that is trying to lose weight. I'm a true believer now!
