How to lose weight in 2021:21 day IF challenge

Hi friend! The countdown is on!

On Monday, January 4th, I’m inviting you to join me on a 21 day intermittent fast (IF) for weight loss and to start the new year off on the right foot!

If you are anything like me, 2020 brought along with it many unexpected and unpleasant surprises. One of those surprises may have been an expanding waist line and the numbers climbing on the scale.

If so, don’t despair! I’ve got you!

I also need to shed a few pandemic pounds and I’ll be using intermittent fasting to do it! I’m excited to share with you the process that helped me successfully lose over 90 pounds and keep it off for 2+ years.

I will post weekly videos walking you through the intermittent fasting process, and sharing my success tips and how you can manage through challenges that can come up as you make intermittent fasting a part of your new healthy lifestyle.
